Our Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order of Clip-In extensions, Conditioners, or any other eligible products. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All tags and hygiene seals must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hair Loss Treatments (opened products)
- Leave-in Conditioners (opened bottles)
- I-tip Tools (used application tools)
- Any customized or specially ordered extensions
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (use the template below).
- Get Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
- Package Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RAN clearly visible.
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Washington facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method.
- Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-10 business days after approval, depending on your financial institution
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Exchange Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping; we cover shipping costs for replacement items

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged Lace with Poly unit or defective Extension Accessories:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
