Our Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order of Clip-In extensions, Conditioners, or any other eligible products. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • All tags and hygiene seals must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hair Loss Treatments (opened products)
  • Leave-in Conditioners (opened bottles)
  • I-tip Tools (used application tools)
  • Any customized or specially ordered extensions

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  5. Receive Refund/Exchange: Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Refund Information
